Dependencies

Depends on #103 (web: std/live page placement and the client script (WEB slices 6 and 7))
Depends on #74 (http: 101 Switching Protocols and a duplex connection (NETWORK slice 14))
Depends on #104 (task: wait on the first of two tasks (WEB F5))

Moved from the planning lists of the docs; the design record stays the specification.

[loop:torbscript] intake: in scope (author orion, label loop), source WEB.md slice 8, not a duplicate. Depends on #103, #74 and #104. next: waiting (dependencies #103, #74, #104) until 2026-10-10T04:00:00Z
