Slice 6 with its benchmark
Slice 9: same world at one worker and at eight

Dependencies

Depends on #90 (ecs: one world per program, derived stores, component keys (ECS slices 2 to 4))
Depends on #54 (core: Buffer<Item> as the heap storage primitive)

Moved from the planning lists of the docs; the design record stays the specification.

[loop:torbscript] intake: in scope (author orion, label loop), source ECS.md slices 6 and 9, not a duplicate. Large; refine splits it per slice. Depends on #90 and #54. next: waiting (dependencies #90 and #54) until 2026-10-10T04:00:00Z
