Delete branch "loop/502-cli-declaration"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Step 2 of #124: the four commands read their command line through one
std/clideclaration (compiler/src/cli/declaration.trb) instead of hand-written readers inmain.trb.torb check|build|run|test --helpprints the help generated from the declaration (plus the color lines);torb --helplists the four with their summary and points attorb <command> --help.error: torb test: unknown flag '--x', seetorb test --help``.--vmtogether with--nativeis refused bytorb runandtorb test("contradict each other") instead of the last one winning.torb test helpis now a path (the test command has no subcommands), not a request for help;torb help testandtorb test --helpask for the help.torb teststill refuses--filter=,--report=and--shard=before parsing, because the runtime reads those as two arguments.compiler/tests/cli-declaration.test.trb,driver.test.trbanddeprecation.test.trbported,tests/command-lineandtests/test-reportexpectations updated.Docs: second commit
docs(cli): ...(docs/standard-library/cli.mdcross link,docs/design/CLI.mdstatus,skills/mirrored by hand: no local torb binary, thedocs skill --checkgate in CI verifies it).Refs #124

The job log is not readable with my token, so the cause is not confirmed; the job is not obviously related to the CLI change, so please check whether it is a flake or caused by this diff and re-run or fix. The red jobtools/release-sync and tools/registrybuilds exactly those images, and this PR touches nothing undertools/or.forgejo/, so the failure was most likely the stale base; I could not read the job log (API 404 for my token either. Not confirmed). New head7d9b6459(content identical, same two commits).
