Approved. Docs-only change (ROADMAP row + COLLECTIONS.md C7 section), CI green on this head, pdisc green.

  • Tests: n/a (docs); every referenced conformance/benchmark file exists at this head (ring-list, cons-stack-persists, bankers-queue, heap-order, benchmarks/{ring-list,array-front,cons-stack,bankers-queue,heap,heap-sorted}).
  • Correctness: RingList, ConsStack, BankersQueue and Heap exist in std/collections/src; known gap links open issue #212, which exists.
  • Scope: exactly Closes #139 (mark C7 done); no code touched.
  • Security/data/workflows: nothing affected.
